TERMS & CONDITIONS
All sales final. In the event of breakage in transit or damage, we do insure your packages for the value. In such cases you MUST keep the original packaging for examination by the shipper. You may return items for a period not to exceed 2 weeks after shipment. The customer is responsible for safety and security of his mailbox/package receipt area. ALL returns of the product must include the original store tag intact. This policy does not apply to out-of-the-country orders. In the case of out of the country orders all customs, import fees etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser. In the unlikely case of a complete error on our part, we will always refund your purchase price in full on receipt of the returned product as described above. Regardless, we do not refund postage. A restocking charge or 20% MAY be applied at our sole discretion.
