Important information about returns

In dealing in china replacements, some patterns cannot be acquired in new condition. Some of my stock comes from companies which have been out of business since before World War 2! 

I list the condition according to my observation.
Fine china is subject to utensil marks and glaze crazing as well as trim wear.

Unless otherwise noted in the description, any discontinued china or discontinued dinnerware received broken or with chips or cracks were broken in transit and will be picked up for insurance claims by the carrier. You have no responsibility to return these as they were damaged in transit. Please keep the original packing material for the shipper. I will refund your payment or replace the item if possible.

I do not sell items of china or dinnerware with chips or cracks, except in the case of the extremely rare piece or pattern. These will be offered as-is and without return. All items in that category are offered at significant discount and without return or refund.


Returns

Any item must be returned using ONLY USPS and insured, at the purchasers expense. (Separate arrangements will be made for overseas buyers.)

Returns must be returned in original packaging and with our sales identification sticker intact.

Items must be received as returned and inspected by Strictly China within 10 days of original receipt by the buyer. 

Separate allowances for time will be made for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or overseas buyers. Contact us by email to make arrangements.

Postage will be refunded only in cases of store error.






Shipping

All orders are confirmed within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Please allow 2-3 weeks delivery on payments by check to allow for clearing. US money orders and credit card payments will usually ship within 48 hours of confirmation of the order.

Natural disasters including exceptional snowstorms for which my area is well known, may delay shipping by an additional short period.

Every possible attempt will be made to ship your china replacements within 72 hours of receipt of your order funded by credit card or money order.

Shipping rates are as posted and will in most cases utilize FEDEX.
Special arrangements can be made for USPS, UPS or faster shipping methods (overnight or second day) for additional fees.
